Also covers full account management for customer retention. Requires 20 mandatory educational hours from an SMstudy Authorized Training Partner.

Mobile and desktop both work. If you're buying for a team or want help applying what you learn after the exam, an optional Trinity advisory engagement is available on request. Specialist certification requires 20 mandatory educational hours from an SMstudy Authorized Training Partner.
