Small & Mid-Size Business
Real results. Scoped to what you can actually execute. No large-firm overhead.
Operational problems in smaller organizations are rarely simpler than in large ones — they're just less documented. Rework, inconsistency, unclear ownership, and processes held together by one person's knowledge are common. So is the inability to grow past a certain point because the operation can't scale what isn't standardized.
Trinity's approach is built for organizations that need real results without the overhead of a large consulting firm. Every engagement is fixed-fee, defined-scope, and led directly by Mike Kersey — a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with 20+ years of manufacturing and industrial operations experience — throughout.
What Organizations Like Yours Gain
Small and mid-size businesses often have the same operational problems as large organizations — just fewer resources to address them. Trinity focuses on the highest-impact problems first, builds improvements your team can sustain, and exits with documentation and controls in place.
Scoped to your reality
Engagements are sized to what you can actually execute — not built for organizations with dedicated improvement teams and large budgets.
Scoped to your reality
SOPs, standard work, and performance controls built into every engagement so improvements hold after Trinity leaves — not just during the project.
Fixed-fee clarity
No open-ended arrangements. No surprise invoices. Scope, timeline, and deliverables are defined before work begins.
Direct access
You work with Mike Kersey throughout — the same person who scoped the engagement delivers it. No junior staff, no handoffs.
