I spent 27 years in the U.S. Air Force, retiring as a Senior Master Sergeant after leading global aerial port and transportation operations across Iraq, Afghanistan, and the Horn of Africa. I was responsible for moving hundreds of thousands of personnel and more than 100,000 tons of equipment while managing large-scale, high-risk programs where failure was not an option. That experience shaped how I lead today: disciplined, calm under pressure, and relentlessly focused on execution.

Following military service, I transitioned into manufacturing and industrial leadership roles, serving as a Continuous Improvement Manager, HSEQ Director, and Quality Manager for organizations including FLSmidth, Special Metals, and GESTAMP. Across these environments, I’ve delivered over $20M in documented savings, reduced operating expenses by 46%, cut scrap by up to 90%, improved throughput by 40%, and driven first-pass quality to world-class levels.
