My Story
I spent 27 years in the U.S. Air Force, retiring as a Senior Master Sergeant after leading global aerial port and transportation operations across Iraq, Afghanistan, and the Horn of Africa. I was responsible for moving hundreds of thousands of personnel and more than 100,000 tons of equipment while managing large-scale, high-risk programs where failure was not an option. That experience shaped how I lead today: disciplined, calm under pressure, and relentlessly focused on execution.
After completing my military service, I moved into manufacturing and industrial leadership positions. I have served as a Continuous Improvement Manager, HSEQ Director, and Quality Manager for companies such as FLSmidth, Special Metals, and GESTAMP. In my roles within large industrial organizations, I have achieved over $20 million in documented savings. I successfully reduced operating expenses by 46%, decreased scrap by up to 90%, increased throughput by 40%, and enhanced first-pass quality to world-class standards.
Today, through Trinity, I focus on three things: structured diagnostics, accredited training aligned to real work, and implementation support that keeps critical initiatives moving without overwhelming your team.
