SSGB certifies you to lead Six Sigma projects at the Green Belt level — project selection, team formation, DMAIC execution, stakeholder management, statistical analysis, and project close-out. The course covers the full Six Sigma toolkit: SIPOC, process maps, Fishbone diagrams, Pareto charts, FMEA, hypothesis testing, process capability, control plans, and case studies. 90 days of LMS access, proctored exam, recertification every 3 years.

You get 90 days (3 months) of access from the day your enrollment activates, the full preparatory course, downloadable study guides, podcasts, chapter tests, case studies, the proctored certification exam itself. Mobile and desktop both work. If you're buying for a team or want help applying what you learn after the exam, an optional Trinity advisory engagement is available on request.
Individual Outcomes
- You'll lead improvement projects in your current organization with a credentialed framework behind you, qualify for Green Belt roles in industries that explicitly hire for the credential, and build the foundation for SSBB, LSSGB, or LSSBB. PMP holders earn PMI PDUs from the SSGB content.
