LSSGB combines the Six Sigma Green Belt DMAIC methodology with Lean's waste-reduction, value-stream, and continuous-flow tools. The course covers project selection, DMAIC end-to-end, the full Six Sigma statistical toolkit, plus 5S, Kanban, value stream mapping, Kaizen, mistake proofing, and Theory of Constraints. 180 days of LMS access, 100-question proctored exam, two free retakes.
