You work day-to-day in a Kanban team and you've been making it work by watching how the experienced people operate. KPC is the credential that names what you actually know how to do.

Course Overview

KPC is the practitioner-level credential in the Kanbanstudy family — for the people doing the work inside a Kanban system, not just managing it from outside. The course covers Kanban principles, roles, artifacts, metrics, and cadences, with a particular focus on AI-enabled digital Kanban tools and how they change practitioner work. 75-question proctored exam, 90 minutes, course fee includes exam.

What You Will Learn

Kanban's origins, principles, and where it earns its keep. How to perform key roles (Product Owner, Kanban Manager, team member, stakeholder) within AI-enabled Kanban environments. How to create and manage Kanban artifacts — task groups, workflows, backlogs, boards — using both physical and digital/SaaS tools. How to select and configure AI-enabled Kanban tools. How to use Kanban metrics and cadences to drive data-informed adaptations to your work. How to execute end-to-end Kanban processes for continuous delivery.

About the Course

KPC is the practitioner-level credential in the Kanbanstudy framework — for the people inside the Kanban system doing the work, not just managing it.

How the Course Works

Online and self-paced through the VMEdu LMS. The full preparatory course, high-quality video content, study guides, chapter tests, case studies, role-play exercises, a complimentary e-copy of the KBOK Guide, and the certification exam itself are all included in the course fee. Mobile and desktop both work. If you're buying for a team or want help applying what you learn after the exam, an optional Trinity advisory engagement is available on request.

Individual Outcomes

You'll hold the practitioner-level Kanban credential, qualify for credentialed roles inside flow-based teams, and have the foundation for KMC, KPOC, or KSDOC if your role moves later.

Who this Course is For

You if you work day-to-day in a Kanban team. You if you're a technical or functional partner collaborating with one. You if you've earned KEC and the practitioner credential is your next step.

Organizational Outcomes

If your team is adopting Kanban and you want practitioner-level competence credentialed across the team — not just the manager and Product Owner — KPC is the cert that names that level.

Why Choose this certification

KPC is the right credential when your role is to operate inside a Kanban system, not manage it from outside. It's the practitioner credential in the Kanbanstudy family and the foundation for moving into KMC, KPOC, or KSDOC later.

Why choose Trinity

Practitioner-level discipline is what actually turns a framework into delivered outcomes. The team I led across two decades of industrial operations earned 89% first-pass quality, 50% scrap reduction, and 40% efficiency improvement — not by adopting a framework on paper, but by the practitioners actually operating the framework correctly on the floor. KPC names that level of competence in a Kanban context. Trinity carries it because the discipline transfers. Optional Trinity advisory engagement available after certification to help your team apply KPC practices in your own work.

Accreditation & Recognition

Trinity is a Kanbanstudy / VMEdu Authorized Training Partner (V.A.T.P.). Trinity provides training and enrollment support using VMEdu's accredited course content and platform; credentials are issued by Kanbanstudy (a brand of VMEdu Inc.) upon meeting their requirements. Trinity does not issue credentials directly.

For teams & cohort

This course can be delivered to individuals or as part of a team pathway. If you’re considering LSSBB™ for multiple staff, we can discuss cohort enrollment, role mapping, and simple reporting for your organization.
