How the Diagnostic Works
Phase 1 — Prep (Discovery & evidence intake)
We align on scope, review existing artifacts, and identify where evidence already exists vs where it’s missing.
Phase 2 — Facilitated Assessment
Guided conversations with leaders and key stakeholders using consistent assessment prompts across all categories.
Phase 3 — Scoring & Synthesis
Evidence-based maturity ratings (L1–L5), top OFIs, and cross-category misalignment patterns.
Phase 4 — 90-Day Action Agenda
A focused plan with priorities, owners, and measures to start improving immediately.

FAQ
Q: Is this a Baldrige assessment or certification?
A: No. It is a Trinity-developed diagnostic informed by Baldrige and other performance practices; it is not an official Baldrige evaluation or award process.
Q: What if we don’t have data or documentation?
A: That itself is a finding. Where evidence is missing, maturity is capped appropriately and your 90-day priorities will include closing the evidence and measurement gaps.
Q: Who should participate?
A: Senior leaders plus the owners of strategy, operations, workforce, and measurement—enough to validate evidence without turning it into a “committee exercise.”
Q: How long does it take?
A: Typically 4–8 weeks, depending on scope and availability (SMB vs enterprise).
