Mike Kersey is the founder of Trinity Business Solutions & Consulting, a solo-operated firm dedicated to helping organizations overcome operational inefficiencies, elevate quality standards, and execute transformation with precision.

A retired Senior Master Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force, Mike built his leadership foundation under high-stakes conditions—coordinating global logistics operations, facilitating special operations redeployments, and navigating international coalition movements. His decades-long military career instilled a mindset of mission readiness, rapid problem-solving, and flawless execution.

Transitioning into the private sector, Mike leveraged his military discipline to lead quality and process improvement initiatives across the manufacturing and defense sectors. In roles ranging from Quality Manager to Continuous Improvement Leader, he has consistently driven measurable performance gains—from Lean transformations and ISO compliance to ERP optimizations, onboarding systems, and cost-reduction initiatives. Mike’s toolset includes Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, advanced FMEA and SMED facilitation, and full-scale DMAIC deployment across cross-functional teams.

Now, as a solo consultant, Mike partners directly with businesses, government agencies, and manufacturing firms to solve their most pressing challenges—whether it's building a world-class quality system, improving team accountability, or reducing operational waste. His approach is deeply hands-on, systems-oriented, and tailored to each client’s mission, leveraging Trinity's evolving AI-backed platform (STRATOS) behind the scenes.
